- If you're within 30 days after your Machine has been delivered, you'll be able to return your Machine. The GRIND team will schedule the pick-up with FedEx, and once it arrives at the warehouse and is inspected, the team will process the refund.
- For international and noncontiguous states/territories purchases, GRIND does not, under any circumstance, process refunds, returns, or exchanges once shipped from the warehouse. This includes Hawaii and Alaska customers.
- If it's been less than 100 days, the GRIND team will pick up the part that needs to be replaced and once it arrives at the warehouse, the new part will be shipped.
- If it's been more than 100 days, the GRIND team will not pick up the part that needs to be replaced, but will send the new part right away*
RETURNING YOUR GRIND MACHINE
GRIND has a 30-day return policy that starts once your machine is delivered. The GRIND Machine can be returned within 30 days of receipt and must be repackaged in original packaging. Make sure to hold on to your original packaging, or an additional fee will apply to ship you new packaging materials.
Any GRIND Machine return will be charged $500 to cover return shipping and restocking fees. Please allow up to 5-10 business days to receive your refund after we have inspected your machine. This fee will not be waived under any circumstances.
GRIND's guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents subject to the terms of our Limited Machine Warranty.
We do not offer any refunds for Extended Warranties that you may have paid for when purchasing your GRIND Machine.
If your GRIND Machine is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or otherwise has signs of abuse, GRIND reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional fees, at GRIND's sole discretion.

REPLACEMENT PARTS
- If you are outside of your 1 year warranty you must buy the part(s) and pay for shipping. You are not required to send old parts back.
- If you are within your 1-year warranty, we will ship you new parts free of charge, however, you must ship us the defective parts back to GRIND.

Canceling your order
If you would like to cancel your order before it has shipped you will be charged a 3% transaction fee. Depending on your bank, please allow up to 5-10 business days for the money to show up in your account. Refunds will go back to the original card that the order was placed with, with no exceptions.
Terms and Conditions for Basketballs and Jump Ropes
Returns and Refund
All basketballs and jump ropes can be returned during the first 30 days after delivery, as long as the item has not been opened, nor used. We will deduct $10 USD as a shipping fee for every return.
The item will be inspected once it is received at the warehouse. If it meets the requirements mentioned above, we will process the refund. If the item is found to be used or damaged, the refund may be denied.
Important: Each basketball and jump rope comes with a return label. Make sure to keep it in case you need to return your item.
Warranty
Each jump rope and basketball comes with a 10-day warranty exclusive for manufacturing defects. Keep in mind that both products are meant to be heavily used, and natural wear-out is expected.
Damages
Make sure to check your product thoroughly when you receive it. In case you see anything unusual with the product, report it within the first 10 days to the Customer Support team by sending an email to info@grindbasketball.com.
Exchanges
If the product received is different than what you ordered, or if you ordered the wrong one by mistake, please reach out to the Customer Support team by sending an email to info@grindbasketball.com to start a return process.
GRIND RESALE/ TRADE-IN POLICY
You are expressly prohibited from transferring, trading in or reselling your GRIND Machine to any third-party (primarily Dr. Dish / Airborne Athletics, Inc). If we learn you have violated this policy, we will immediately pick up our Machine from the recipient and bill you for any costs incurred retrieving the Machine including transport costs, costs to settle title and/or reclaim the Machine, and reasonable attorneys’ fees. You may also face additional legal liability. GRIND does not offer reduced rates or otherwise accept trade-ins from any competitors.
